Key Dates
Deadline to register midnight Friday 12 April
Deadline to submit application to vote by post 5pm Monday 15 April
Please note the deadline for applying to vote by post for the above election is Monday 15 April. As long as your name is on the current register all postal vote applications received by Tuesday 2 April will be in the first issue of postal votes and you should receive your postal pack around 15 April. Any applications received after 2 April will be sent in the final issue and you should receive it around Saturday 20 April.
Deadline to submit application to vote by proxy 5pm Wednesday 24 April
Candidates Information - There was a briefing for candidates and agents on Monday 4 March 2019 at 5.30 pm at Walsall Council Chamber, Lichfield Street, Walsall, WS1 1TH.

Your vote is yours alone
Polling stations are open from 7am to 10 pm. Your vote is yours alone
Electoral Malpractice
If you have concerns regarding electoral malpractice you will be required to complete the reporting form found here
Please return the completed form to the Returning Officer, Electoral Services Office, Council House, Lichfield Street, Walsall WS1 1AE. The Returning Officer will then investigate the complaint and forward to the Police if necessary.
